Exchange & Returns Policy – SheYouMe

At SheYouMe, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. We follow a simple, transparent, and hygiene-conscious return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience safe and worry-free.

🔁 What Can Be Exchanged or Returned?

We accept returns and exchanges for the following:

• Wrong product delivered

• Size mismatch (only for eligible categories)

• Damaged or defective items received

• Manufacturing defects

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Due to Hygiene & Safety)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Panties

• Shapewear

• Bodysuits

• Accessories

• Items purchased on clearance or final sale

These are intimate products and cannot be resold or reused.

📦 Return/Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery 

• once we verify the request, if successful.we will approve of exchange or replacement. Replacement will be delivered with in 7-10 days 

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and packaging must be intact

• Must include original invoice

We reserve the right to reject returns if the item appears used or damaged by the customer.

📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange

   • Include your Order ID and the reason for return/exchange.  

2. Approval & Pickup

   • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

   • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).

3. Quality Check

   • Once we receive the product, it goes through a quality check.

4. Refund/Exchange Issued

   • Exchange: New product shipped after successful QC

   • Refund: Approved Refund will be credited  via original payment method or store credit (within 5–7 business days)

💵 Refund Options

• Prepaid Orders: Full refund to your bank/UPI within 5–7 working days.

• COD Orders: Store credit or refund to bank account (after sharing bank details).

• Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

❗Important Notes

• Reverse pickup is subject to pincode availability.

• In case reverse pickup is not available, customers may courier the product to us.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
